Quick answers about using HopCamp.
How do I book a campsite?
Open a campsite, choose your check-in and check-out dates and the number of campers, then select Reserve. Your dates are held for 10 minutes while you pay on the trip page.
How do I pay?
After you reserve, open the trip page and select Pay now. The booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds. If the 10 minutes pass first, the hold expires and you can search again.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund when you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, and a 50% refund when you cancel at least 2 days before. A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled on or after its check-in date.
How does login work?
Continue with Google to sign in securely. If your profile is incomplete, we will ask for the details needed to finish setting up your Hopcamp account.
